The rooms at La Palma Nursing Center are designed to be clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Each patient has access to complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and their own individual TV.

Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists work collaboratively to help patients achieve their maximum potential, ensuring a safe discharge back home or to their prior residence.
We take pride in our specialized dietary program, prepared daily by our experienced cooking staff. Our Dietary Supervisor and Registered Dietician carefully monitor each patient’s diet to meet their individual needs.
Our comprehensive therapeutic services include skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, wound care, pain management, IV therapy, specialized activity programs, TPN services, hospice care, and podiatry, audiology, and optometry services.
La Palma Nursing Center accepts most insurance providers, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, HMOs, and private pay.
Social services is an integral part of the team at La Palma Nursing Center. This department will provide vital information to residents and families, handle concerns and requests in addition to care planning and arranging transportation to any outpatient appointments, individual therapy, podiatry, optometry, psychosocial evaluations, and Power of Attorney.
We are often complimented on the “feel” of our center. We are smaller than most which allows us to provide a family like environment and we really see our residents thrive because of the personal connections made with each team member and other residents.
